Teach someone a skill you’ve learned. Help them improve. Show them how to do something they’ve struggled with.

Step in physically. Help move. Help build. Help repair. Lift something they don’t have to lift alone.

Sit down with them. Review something complicated. Break down what feels overwhelming.

Give an hour when you didn’t plan to. Be present when it’s easier to leave. Finish what someone else started.
