A New Home, a School Well, and a Vision Trip to Langue
“Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again, Rejoice.” — Philippians 4:4
A Vision Trip to Langue
The team visiting a feeding center and community in Langue, Honduras
Last week a small team traveled to Langue to visit a few different communities on the outskirts of Langue. We had the privilege of taking Senior Pastor Brandon Holler of The Chapel, Fort Wayne, on a vision trip, along with Newman Crook, The Chapel’s Missions Pastor.
In just 2 days we visited 3 different communities, handed out 135 vitamins and dewormer medications as well as did 10 home visits to highly impoverished families. We also visited a school where we were able to pray with them about getting a well activated to help have fresh water at this location.
We also visited a home of a boy named Anderson and his mother Daisy that live in such horrific living conditions. We also got to visit Pastor Adrian’s home where he showed us how to make sugar cane juice. Pastor Adrian (pictured with the sugar cane machine) is the Pastor of Toncontin church — this is the location where we can start an additional feeding center once we have raised additional funding to cover the costs.
Anderson and His Mom Daisy’s House
Anderson’s current home — held together by sticks, tarps, and metal pieces
The unfinished block structure — a project started over 2 years ago
Pictured above is the house of Daisy and her son Anderson. They currently are living in the house that is being held together by some sticks, tarps and metal pieces. A project had been started for them to get a new home a little over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it did not get completed.
We believe this project can be completed for about $2,000–$3,000 by adding more to the walls, a roof, doors, window and pouring a cement floor. This will provide for a much safer and sturdier home for Daisy and her son.
We have known Anderson for many years and pray God will help provide for this family to have a suitable and safe home. They are praying for your YES.
Help complete Anderson and Daisy’s home. Every dollar brings them closer to safety.

Help Finish the School’s Well
The school well — needs a pump, piping, and pressure tank to provide clean water
We also visited a school where the community is in desperate need of getting a well activated to provide fresh water. They need a pump, piping along with a pressure tank. Total cost for this project is $1,000 with labor.
Clean water changes everything for the children at this school. If you would like to donate online, please put “Well” in the notes box.

Help Us Get 16 More Sponsorships
We are in need of 16 more child sponsorships to have our first center at the mountain fully sponsored! There are also 15 children waiting to be sponsored at a new location near our feeding center, and another 20 students waiting in Toncontin. Each sponsorship provides 2 meals a day, Bible class, and hope.
Each of these children is currently lucky to receive one meal a day. A monthly sponsorship changes that.
